Hi there, I’m Ebony!

I’m a registered nurse and independent prescriber with over 10 years of experience in healthcare. Currently, I work as a Senior Urgent Care Practitioner in the NHS, while pursuing my passion for aesthetics.

Face & Form evolved from my previous business, Aesthetically Pleasing. With safety as our top priority, we take pride in offering natural and safe aesthetic treatments. As our business and reputation have grown, so have our offerings. Face and Form is a medically led well-being clinic with you at the centre.

For the past five years, I've been dedicated to the field of aesthetics, continuously enhancing my skills through advanced courses and masterclasses with experienced practitioners.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my daughters, Elsie and Winnie, who keep me on my toes.
